Encounter botanical infused beers, wines, shrubs, teas, zero-proof offerings, and an evolving kitchen shaped by herbs, fire, fermentation, folklore, and curiosity.
Chef José Sabas joins us with a fresh seasonal menu inspired by Shay’s Persian background and Eva’s Czech background — bringing together old-world flavors, organic ingredients, rustic cooking, and the warmth of a woodland tavern.
